I had a great experience at this hotel with its spacious rooms and a vibrant atmosphere that felt refreshing. The overall service was commendable and the location offered a unique cultural experience away from the busy tourist spots. While the dining options were impressive, there’s room for improvement. The facilities were nice but a bit standard. Overall, it’s a good value for what you get.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were spacious and had an authentic yet youthful vibe, making me feel like I was staying in a trendy hostel rather than a typical hotel.
Service
9.0
The staff went above and beyond to help, from the friendly waitresses at breakfast to the ever-helpful concierge who assisted with all my needs.
Location
8.0
The hotel is a bit off the beaten track but perfect for those wanting to immerse themselves in the local culture, nestled between two lively neighborhoods.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight with a wonderful spread of fresh fruits, juices, and made-to-order tapiocas. However, having more organic options would have been nice.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, including a nice pool area, but they didn't feel particularly luxurious compared to some other hotels I've stayed at.

7.8/10

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, despite my room being near the stairs and facing the courtyard, which made it a bit less private. The size of the room was impressive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—definitely a highlight for me. The service was top-notch, with staff being very attentive and helpful. The location was serene, a great escape from the busy city, but it required a bit of a trek to reach downtown attractions. All in all, it was a magical experience with just a few minor inconveniences.

Rooms
8.0
The room was quite large with lovely touches, making it really comfortable to stay in, although I had requested a quieter one.
Service
9.0
The staff was very attentive and immediately took care of my requests, showing genuine concern for my experience.
Location
7.0
Situated in a nice setting away from the bustling city, it provided a great retreat; however, it was a bit of a walk to the center, which didn't feel safe after dark.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was mostly sweet cakes, so a bit more savory variety would have been nice, but there were plenty of fresh fruits and juices available.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities were well-maintained and added to the comfort of my stay, though the dining experience could have used some enhancements.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, with cozy and comfortable rooms that certainly had everything I needed. The service was outstanding, with all the staff genuinely eager to help. I loved the location, which felt like a hidden gem with a rich cultural vibe. However, the breakfast could use more variety to be truly exceptional, and the dining options were a bit limited.

Rooms

The rooms were simple but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, making it an enjoyable experience.

My stay was quite pleasant overall. The hotel has a comfortable room with a nice bed, though it did lack proper ventilation and was a bit on the noisy side. The service staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made a difference. However, the location was a bit tricky to navigate, especially at night. The dining experience was amazing, with a lovely setting and delicious food, but the lack of organic options was a downside. Overall, it felt like a good value for money.

Rooms
7.0
The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed, but it needed better ventilation and was somewhat noisy.
Service
9.0
The service was very nice, particularly Ana and the restaurant team who were friendly and helpful.
Location

While it is said to be in the centro, it's actually about a 20-minute walk, which can be uncomfortable after dark.
Dining
8.0
Dining was excellent, especially with the outdoor/indoor setting, but I wish there were more organic options.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, but nothing particularly stood out.

7.2/10

I had a mostly excellent stay at this hotel. The room I was in felt a bit more like a hostel, being somewhat dark and located right by the stairs. I also requested a quiet room but ended up opening to a courtyard, which raised some privacy concerns. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was very enjoyable. The restaurant offered decent meals, though they could have been a bit more local. All in all, a solid choice for anyone looking for a unique experience.

Rooms
7.0
The room was quite simple and felt more like a hostel than a hotel. It was located at the bottom of the stairs and opened to the outside, which wasn't ideal for privacy but still made for an overall pleasant stay.
Service
9.0
Service was responsive and pleasant, with a staff member being particularly nice and multilingual. It really added to my positive experience.
Location
7.0
The hotel is a bit off the beaten track, which I found wonderful for immersing myself in the local culture. However, it is at least a 20-minute walk to the city center and the roads leading to the hotel felt a bit uncomfortable to walk at night. Still, it was close to nice bars and restaurants.
Dining
6.0
Dining here was good but not great. The meals could definitely embrace more local flavors. Breakfast costs around 30 BRL and was alright, but there's room for improvement.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities are decent but nothing too extravagant. They serve their purpose well.
